Throughout Yackov's 28 year tenure in the electronics industry, he has held a variety of senior management roles. Before IntelliMind, he was President and CEO of Artec Lantec, the leading technical distributor in Israel in charge of the day-to-day operation. From 1992-1995 he served as senior Vice-President of of products and technology at ETM Inc., where he spearheaded
corporate strategy and development by leading the
company's engineering, product management, and technology groups in Israel
Yaniv founded IntelliMind with Yackov Dar in 2005. He has taken part in a number of Israel's start-up success stories in his 20 year experience.
Having worked as an engineer at a high-level, he joined the Flextronics design centre and founded Intellimind when the company spun off from the Flextronics Design Group.
Our Management Team
Before joining IntelliMind, he was employed as the Chief Operation Officer for MTI a leading company developing and manufacturing of antennas for the communications and defence industries. He had responsibility for over 100 employees in IT, production, engineering, and purchasing. Prior to this he was employed by Ophiroptronics Company, a company engaged in the development and manufacturing of electro-optical systems for defence and civilian applications, with annual sales in excess of $100 million. During his ten year tenure Mr Edri rose to the position of Chief Operations Officer and had responsibility for over 200 employees in the departments of operations, engineering, purchasing, manufacturing of all custom hardware, quality assurance, as well as the establishment of the US subsidiary.
Ilan Edry - CEO
Mr. Sharaby brings to his position as IntelliMind's R&D Manager, over 15 years of experience as a manager of multi-disciplinary R&D teams in networking and telecommunication organizations. Previously, Mr. Sharaby was the VP R&D of RiT Tecnologies & AVP R&D oft Actelis networks and took an active role in R&D group management. Prior to this, he was the vice president of R&D at Civcom, managing the development and testing groups. Mr. Sharaby also took many positions, at Alvarion, for more than 7 years, as project manager and HW teams’ manager. Mr. Sharaby holds a Bachelors and Masters of Science in electrical engineering from Tel Aviv University and also graduated with a Master of Business Administration from Recanati School at Tel-Aviv University.
Benny Sharaby - VP R&D
An industrial engineer with experience in managing the operations function mainly the supply chain aspect.
Prior to joining Powercom, Yariv held position as a supply chain manager in various companies in Israel. Yariv has more than 8 years of experience as a supply chain manager in networking and telecommunication organizations.
Yariv was the supply chain manager at Pointer Telocation and contributed to Pointer’s growth. Prior to this, Yariv was Director of Supply Chain at Source Of Sound, managing the operation group.
Yariv holds a Bsc. in Industrial Engineering and Management from Ariel University (Israel)
